![]() We made reservations for Brio a week in advance and arrived to find they only offered a shell of their normal menu and extremely slow service. We were also told when we made the reservation that the pool would be open when we arrived, however it was not. ![]() ![]() My wife and I arrived expecting to have a king bedroom and were given a double queen, no big deal but when we realized this, I went back down to the front desk and learned the same thing happened to our friends who were in line in front of us however they were moved to a new room and somehow we were not given the same option and told there were none available. This was the first time we have been to Harrah's Cherokee since the corona virus and knew things would be different but we were disappointed with the lack of communication and service.
